Hello, I'm a new member and this is my first time posting cuz my little Mia has parvo. She's a Yorkie/Maltese and weighs only 4lbs 6oz. We just got her a week ago and at first she was playful but then just became so lethargic and vomiting. We took her to an emergency vet and the parvo test came back positive. We've only had her for a week but we instantly fell in love with her. The vet said that she needs to get treated right away which includes hospitalization for a couple days. She gave us an estimate and it was $2300 !!!! I thought that was insane but my husband and I cannot afford it. BTW we tried contacting the breeder but wants nothing to do with us and she even blocked me on social media!! I'm livid
Is there any ideas on where she can go or what can we do to save our little girl
Someone told us to use Gofundme.com but has anyone ever tried this or has it worked to help raise $$ for puppy vet bills??
Any help or info is appreciated.
