ANY breeder of show stopping yorkies, has had throwbacks and produced a tiny in occasional litters....how they handle those tinies is their own preference....they can not be shown as they are way off what is recommended as an acceptable weight for a yorkie, females certainly can not be bred and NO respected, knowledgeable breeder would even go there....I just happen to keep the few tinys I have produced because very few people are equipped to take care of them. But, they are absolutely purebred yorkies!!! Their tiny size is not what qualifies/disqualifies what the breed is!
