That's GREAT that you took her straight to the vet before even bringing her home. If she was confined to a small area it will take her time to adjust to having more space to explore. If she not running like a wild child, and house is not hot, she is drinking and eating, I would think it is nerves and new environment, new life style, but always better safe the sorry, vet check is always best with wee new babies. Please keep us up-dated.
