You only have her 2 days, could be she is still nervous being in new surrounding, new smells, and you, a stranger to her. It takes more then 2 days for pups to build a bond and trust with their new momma. Have you taken her to your vet for a check up, this should be done 24 to 48 hours after bring her home.
