No...not unreasonable at all! It's what any responsible person would do and you do need the extra time due to travel. She absolutely should not just dismiss this as "my vet checked them so they're fine" - that's just not cool at all. You have a right to have their knees checked, teeth, make sure testicles have dropped, eyes, ears, heart, lungs etc -- the breeder should fully support that and if she doesn't, I'd be very uncomfortable.
