I think I will start a fund of putting money in an account as well for things once I pay off all the initial costs of getting the dogs. I am someone who worries a lot and I got the insurance for peace of mind but now I don't have that because I worry if I call and ask if something is covered they will think my dog already has it or they will deny it because it could be associated with scratching.
If I knew they would be documenting my phone calls I wouldn't have called and played dumb. I understand them recording calls most companies have the same policy but to actually deny a claim because of asking a question baffles me. They should deny a claim based on the medical records not me as I am not a medical professional.
