 Meet Trixie
Hello fellow yorkie fans. I actually have a pup 3/4 yorkie and 1/4 Shih Tzu
But "Trixie looks and behaves just like a yorkie. I am new to yorkie said....
My last pup was a low key Shih Tzu, Trixie is very high energy and nippy....
Which is new to me, I never saw feet and pant leg biting but I see it is pretty common which is a comfort although with two grandsons it has to stop. We are currently reprimanding and when necessary using a spray bottle. It appears to be lessening the amount of times she nips.
Also when we reprimand her instead of feeling bad and put her ears back....she "yells" back! Other than that she is a very sweet affectionate girl. If anyone has comments or suggestions please let me know. |
