Your puppy will let you know when he/she is ready for rest. Some of them just plop down right in the middle of play. I agree with other comments in regards to outdoor activities until after full set of shots. I'd even wait until 2-3 weeks after. I would also advise that you not take your pup anywhere or let other people handle it until all shots are given. You'll have plenty of time to do all of that but for now prevention is key. Better safe than sorry. Sounds over protective but we can never do too much to protect our little ones. I have approached many people in pet stores with pups that I know are too young to have had all of their shots and I'm surprised to find out how many people really just don't know the risk they are taking. Oh and remember wild animals carry diseases too! Good luck with your new baby and enjoy!
