I would get the brother & sister, in your shoes I to would worry what if down the road Cosmo gets kidney issue. You are not obligated to buy Cosmo. You are like a ping pong ball with these pups and the breeders, sorry Sharon but as nice as Cosmo's breeder is, I think it's kinda unfair on her part to come now and say Cosmo is ok after you have decided on this brother & sister. Follow your gut instincts and your heart. Good luck with making the right decision. If you go for the brother and sister I would ask Cosmo's breeder to return the $300. because you purchased your boy and girl, after all the puppies are not even born yet so that breeder has not lost $ for holding a pup for you.
