We are also giving him Omega 3 (+6) for dogs and virgin coconuts oil, and we really want to start with Turmeric and seaweed, but we won't untill we'll know that it's not contraindicated..

Dogs don't need omega 6. I would use straight omega 3s in a therapeutic dose.
