Has she been to the vet to verify she is pregnant? Some females will get pyometra several weeks after a heat cycle so it would be best to have the vet verify there is nothing else going on with her. What kind of diet was she on prior to being bred? Most dogs love boiled chicken and rice. You might fix her some of that and mix it in with her kibble. Also a canned dog food like Pedigree Healthy Digestion might entice her to eat. Please keep us updated on how she is doing.
