It makes me feel kind of bad that I never knew how to make them this good, considering in college I had a job for a couple of years where I'd make breakfast for a couple hundred people a couple of hours a day before I had to go to class. And my eggs were nowhere near as good as they are in this simple recipe.
I LOVE scrambled eggs - but substitute Gordon's Crème Fraiche for single cream...
