I use Tagalong Pet Booster Seat gotten at Pet Supplies, like yours it goes over the head rest and around the back of the seat. I have mine in the front seat with me because I LOVE seeing a dog that once got terribly car sick now loving and enjoying car rides, but it is advised to put it in the back seat, it is a safety hazard up front. My back seats folds down, so I can use it in the back. If your back has head rest and the seats folds down this can be used. same as you are using now.
