For any type of training, first limit her roaming room to a smaller space with the pads. When she uses the pad, praise her profusely and give her a treat. Always praise and make pottying a good thing. Praise her outdoors too.
Don't scold for accidents, and make sure you clean the areas with an enzyme cleaner to remove the scent. Dogs are often attracted to return to a spot if it has a scent.
When she is consistent with the pad, gradually increase her roaming space. | Can you recommend a specific enzyme cleaner? I'm going to post a problem we're having with Deuce.
