I know it's not the ideal place to buy a dog and I know my situation isn't par for the course so to speak but I am very glad that people post their unloved, unwanted, not so perfect, and often poorly cared for yorkies on CL. Otherwise, Duke and Mya would be at a pound somewhere or dead. Sometimes you really are saving a dog when you rehome. Again I repeat I KNOW that's not always the case.
