Poor little Teddy. I hope his tummy settles soon. My Teddy is sensitive too and we have to stick to a very short list of foods we know he does well with.
Any chance your mother in law gave him anything else in addition to the broccoli? I would talk to her and explain Teddy's sensitivities.
