I thought I would be safe to say my babies age, but I guess not. If I can't post anything about him until he's 12 weeks old then I might as well go to a forum that won't jump down my throat, be degrading, and be so unwelcoming that people don't want to stay here. I shouldn't have to feel worried about the responses I might get or the "input" people may have. That's just Not right. To not even say "welcome" or "congrats on the baby" and just skipping right into "wrong wrong wrong wrong" makes people want to leave and never come back. I see where you're coming from but I don't think you see where I'm coming from. |
It's not that you're not "safe" to say your kiddo's age...but please try to understand the extent to which we all care about animals and about this breed. Here at YT, we've seen SO many...
so tragically many people take pups at a young age, only to have them die an unnecessary and tortuous death bc the owners don't realize what they're getting into caring for such a vulnerable little baby.
Plus, we must say something when we see something like this bc others are reading this and may think it's acceptable or normal to get a yorkie this young.
Like I said earlier, it's absolutely *nothing* personal toward you, not at all. In fact, I'm looking forward to getting to know you and your little feller and I hope you stick around to get to know us, we're really a good bunch, I promise

!
Btw, I *love* the name Finley Oak...how did you choose it?
