Thanks for all of the advice. I don't know if his food is low fat or not but I will check it out. He does have cerenia and I gave it to him this morning. His vet also put him on metroniazole which I gave him last night and this morning. About an hour after his meds, he did eat about 1/4 cup of his canned id food and hasn't vomited or had diarrhea.
