Have you tried the Hills ID Low Fat? Both the regular ID and ZD are higher fat content I believe. Low fat is better for pancreatitis. You could try the ID Low Fat canned either alone or mixed with kibble and he may eat that. Or even add some low fat boiled chicken breast and rice? Hope you can get him to eat somehow so he will feel better. He may have nausea and then the vet may prescribe Cerenia to prevent that?
