I would like to make a suggestion. If the person organizing it is a good typer perhaps they can send the list typed on an avery label template. Myself and many others typed up the names and then printed address labels. It's really no more work because the list has always been typed anyway, so the only difference is to type them on a template. I think Thuy used to type it on an excel spread sheet. You could also ask the person when sending their name in to use this format
