Thanks for all of your recommendations. I've ordered some "Little Bites" for him. It sounds like the size I'm looking for. The Nutro is much smaller than regular kibble. Maybe about 1/4 the size.

I found a variety of "Natural Balance Small Breed" food at a local pet food store. It's based on lamb and brown rice. The foster dog will eat it, but doesn't like it as well as the Nutro. But my Yorkie that is allergic to chicken likes it, so it won't go to waste.
