If he's playing a lot and super hyper he is burning off that food, all puppies are a bit chubby, as for adult weight, no breeder can "guarantee" what weight a puppy will be as an adult. The yorki standard weight is 5 to 7 lbs, that is NOT to say every yorkie born will be this weight. I have had 4 now passed yorkies one was 9 lbs, 2 were 13 lbs and one was 17 lbs, my adopted boy is 12 lbs. They are still yorkies, just bigger yorkies, your little guy is a cutie for sure.
