Be careful of the foam, you don't want them to chew / swallow that. I have no idea what hard moleskin is lol. Keep in mind....Yorkies are very determined dogs, if an obstacle is place preventing them from doing what they want to do, they will find a way, through, around, over, under it lol, that will their goal their mission lol, yep, they are little buggers.
