Chewing Baseboards Does anyone have any solutions for Boomer and Thumper to stop chewing the baseboards?
When I installed the gate for kitchen area I needed to remove the baseboard in one section which leaves one side without a baseboard.
Boomer and Thumper have started to chew parts of the splintered wood when I am not home. I have used the sour apple spray and put masking tape on the area but they just rip it off and chew away.
My next thing is I am going to buy duct tape which is stronger and put it on the areas and spray it again with the sour apple.
I was wondering if anyone else had any other options. They do not do it when I am around. I also leave them with plenty of other chew toys. |
