I agree with everyone...there are many many subjects that get asked about all the time - potty training etc...and when we see them - we can tell the new member how to search this site - they can find a ton of information that way.
There is a FAQ center (Frequently Asked Questions) also ...it's located on the blue bar running across the screen....maybe it could be added here ?
