He is also constantly licking/biting his right paw. I see the vet later this month and will ask him about what I have noticed. I don't think its anything serious as his paw/leg doesn't seem to hurt him when I examine it.

My little guy rolls on his back occasionally too. In fact, he just likes to lay on his back and play with his toys up in air holding them with his paws. I think my guy is just having fun, but we do not have the paw licking either.
I have read here paw licking can be food or environmental allergies (do not recall which one),
