I researched this a lot recently when I got Boomer and Thumper. I went with Healthy Paws. Their customer service was outstanding. They even put me in touch with their claims adjuster for a a more detailed explanation of what would and wouldn't be covered.

I liked them because of their deductible once a year no matter how many issues arise. Also, they have the highest yearly maximum. If you have any specific questions please PM me.

I think either company is fine. You just have to consider what is best for you.
