Conditioner is used just as we use it for our hair, to help with tangles after we shampoo our hair. IDK if Conditioner helps with skin, I don't think it does, just makes brushing and combing out tangles and knots easier, less or no pulling pups hair. If Teddy is kept in a short puppy clip I don't think conditioner would be needed, best if dog has longer hair. Right now Cody's hair is about 1.5 long, I use conditioner cos at this length it could have tangles or knots after baths.
