You could consider RC gastrointestinal low fat... Another RX food. I had good luck with it. I home cook. With triglycerides off the charts, I think I would be going with a vet recommendation first and foremost. If you want specific veterinary diet advice, petdiets is a great reputable source. She's been making foods for my dogs now for over 6 years, curing calcium oxalate stones in my 6 year old and keeping kidney and heart disease at bay in my now 15 year old dogs.
