Hi-I wanted to share a link to my HuffPo blog on adopting my beloved Winston. Or when he adopted me. I'd always been terrified of dogs but somehow my little Yorkie helped me overcome my fears.
Some benefits that I've found of Yorkies-I exercise on Winston's schedule, not mine! And I am forced to walk every day, rain or shine.
Also-because he doesn't see economic or other distinctions, my worldview has been expanded. We socialize with his (now my) friends and they are a varied lot.
