You may want to see a doggie specialist dentist. My little on had terrible teeth, ending up removing several because of his under bite. Wasn't cheap but helped for keeping his mouth healthier.
You are saying your baby was born with a crooked jaw?
Probably not much you can do for that, surgery would be way to dramatic, & expensive.
I would suggest a dental specialist.
Your vet should have elaborated on the subject more. I don't think you want to brush this off. Could create problems in the future.
