Sounds like a normal yorkie baby to me lol. Yorkies are super hyper dogs, as puppies they are filled with energy that needs to be burned off, zooming is good burns off that energy. they can get a bit wild when they are in this zooming mode. If the pup is pulling at your clothing, pants, give the command word of NO in a firm voice, remove her from your clothing and replace your pants with a toy, when she takes the toy give happy praise or a treat as her reward for listening. You must be consistent and patent, use the same command word at all times, remove her, give her a toy, reward and praise. She is just a baby, 12 weeks in this world, they are fast learners but playing is their first priority. Teaching them "no biting" at a young age is a MUST. Consistency and patience on your part is a MUST, no yelling, no screaming, no hitting, no punishment, just use a FIRM voice when giving a command, she will get get.
