JMO, if it was dirty tummy (as that is what it looks like to me) wouldn't her vet have told her this? But cleaning with baby oil will not harm the dog and it's worth a shot. Embedded dirt is a cheaper to clear up then a derm visit. Hoping that is what it is. These little guys have so many changes in their lives right now.
