I would be wanting a skin scrape done (cheap and easy!) - to see if there is a bacterial overgrowth - which would be a skin infection called pyoderma (staph intermedius)...this would be treated w/ Simplicef x 30 days. Has seborrhea been looked into yet?
You might want to look into Duoxo shampoo and sprays on Amazon...
