Default Lumps and bumps on beanie

Hi all, it has been a long time since I have posted, but I need some help. So, for the past couple of weeks, I have noticed these THINGS on Beanie. It started out as one lumpy thing on her back that had some pus in it. Yes, I picked/squeezed it II know I that is bad, bad on dogs AND humans) and I put Peroxide on it and it seemed to go down. She now has more. Once the lumpys break, they then turn into scaly areas. She does, however, have a hard lump that hasn't broken further down her back.

She has always had really dry, flaky skin since I got her (almost like cradle cap), in varying degrees during the year. I use Vibrac shampoo and conditioner to keep it under control. These bump things are new and kind of freaking me out. I am going to take her to the vet to get her stupid, totally unnecessary rabies shot soon, so I will get these things examined. But I am wondering if any of you guys have seen this on your doggies?

I have brought her to various green/parks to run around and I am hoping she didn't get bit or pick up some kind of freakin thing on her skin!!!

Thanks for your input.
