It seems from the website that only the Florida Health Certificate is given as a health guarantee? It is an interesting and pretty comprehensive contract. Pups must be over 8 weeks, but who knows what this breeder does?
There seems to be a lot of colors in her dogs and pups, are they all standard for a purebred Yorkie? The studs are small, around 3 pounds, but doesn't say, as far as I could see , what the dams are.
She is a hobby breeder and one hopes a good one!
I would certainly find out as much info as you can and see the breeder and her breeder parents. Also a good health guarantee over and above the Florida vet certificate would be great!
