that is very good advice, pet policies are not like human policies; from experience I honestly can say they try harder not to pay claims then to pay them. Even just an off the cuff comment by the owner that makes it's way into the vet records can be used to not pay a claim. Be very careful what observations by you or the vet get put in any of the records
