We went through the inspection today. Other than the usual wear/tear from the age of the house, the inspector said it was in pretty good shape.
As beautiful as this house is, one of the BEST thing about it is that it's only 6-7 min from my work!!!! And this is during traffic time!
Oh, and lets not forget the snow... There's no sidewalk in front of the house so the only shoveling we have to do is the driveway and path to the front door.  I'm sure everyone that has to deal with snow storms understand the joy of this. lol |
UGH shoveling!! Oh sweet lordie how I do NOT miss shoveling or scraping one single solitary bit!
That is so nice to be that close to work bc commuting can be such a time suckage.
Can't wait to see what it'll look like once you get in there. When do we start shopping
