The house was built 2005 and living space is over 5,000 (including basement). And when you say "casing" around the windows, are you talking about the curtains? I was told those were custom made. Lucky for me, they're leaving them so I don't have to worry about getting new curtains. LOL

HOLY SH**. I am so jealous and happy for you LOL. That is a huge house. We had one before (which we lost in the recession) that was 3500 for the two of us and it was way too much house.

Awesome it was built in 2005. Old style look but you don't have to deal with an actual old house with old house problems.
