Quite often weight can be controlled by intake. Instead of changing foods how about limiting how much he eats?

I tried this with Mickey and he started eating his poop. He has never done this and is 17 months old. He only eats 1/2 cup Wellness complete health per day and one cookie at night and 5 pieces of green beans for lunch.
