you bet it does! especially when i'm cleaning 6 week old puppy poop and my pregnant butt cannot run quick enough to catch my Maltese in the act!
I always have to be on my toes with her lol.. it's tiring.. but i'm hoping one day i'll find a solution, or hopefully by some miracle, she'll stop!
