Oh definitely going to redo the fence. I just have to check with HOA to see what's allowed. And thank you for the chair lift suggestion. I thought of that for our current home but totally forgotten about it all together. LOL

I'll probably end up pming you for some ideas/suggestions.

I had to look up what coffered ceiling, and wainscoting was. LOL The kitchen is actually bit smaller than what we have at the current house but still a very nice kitchen.

One very big reason I chose this house is b/c it's less than 10 min from my work! And again, the price was really good for what it is...
