The only major change I want to make is to remodel the half bath to full bath on the main floor. Also, it's getting harder for my mom to walk up the stairs so we're thinking of taking up part of the "dining room" and putting the bed there. I don't need the den so they can use that as their walk in closet.
I'm trying to decide on a portable fire pit or having one built in the back...
