I'm closing on 10/15 assuming everything goes smoothly with the inspection and all. Not sure about move in date as I do want to get some stuff done to the house before actually moving in. It is a good buy and I got it less than asking price.
My furries will now have a backyard to play in!!!!!!! It's not huge yard but it's so much better than the patio space they have now. lol
