Yep! This is me a well. Second thoughts and all.
I'm closing on our new home on the 30th and selling the one I'm living in Oct 30. This is the 7th home I've bought/sold (we're a military family) and it's spooky every time. Trust me... when you decide to paint the walls, you'll appreciate the fact that you don't have to ask for permission. But I swear every time something broke I wished I was renting still!
