She is beautiful! Congrats on bringing her home with you.

If it is allergies it could be environmental and she needs allergy pills, or it could be food related. I would ask the vet about that. If her paws look red, raw, that is usually a sign of environmental, like look at her paws well and see if it looks irritated. Fleas will also cause that. If it is food related then she probably needs a food that is limited ingredient.

She will keep changing over the first few months you have her as it takes them time to adjust and fully show their full personality.

I would get her spayed soon. If her puppies did not do well I would not have her have more.
