Looks like "adjustment" stools to me....babies adjusting to new home, new environment, new water, new sights and smells, etc!!!
I am glad you went with the heartworm med...it is used by millions of people, used to be the way we ALL got heartworm meds for our dogs thru our vets (yes, there was a time when we all got heartworm med from the vet.....it was not sold everywhere by everyone, and there was once upon a time, the only kind available to us!) It will keep your baby protected without you having to take out a second lien on the ranch, and there actually are vets out there that will help their clientele with this expense by giving you the same suggestions! I worked for a vet when I was in high school for 4 years....I was going to go to vet school, and he helped get me into vet school (sponsorship) as there were not hardly ANY females going to vet school back in the 60's...that wonderful man taught me sooooooo much about vet medicine and vet procedures.....and he used to say worming was the bread and butter of the practice....so if we had a customer that was obviously struggling financially, yet still trying to do right by their pet, he would really cut them slack, especially in those areas. That wonderful man was all about the animals, and the love people had for their animals....and back in those days, he took call 24/7 for his patients! Imagine THAT! |
