Lastly, can anyone recommend a reputable Breeder in Toronto that's sells the smaller size Yorkies?

I don't know that breeder. But ppl I know theres always a waiting period. Or list. They aren't pumping out puppies also. They breed for their next Champion. I was on a 2yr waiting list for a female. JME I should say always a waiting list its timing and the breeders near you. JME. But I know one thing they should not always have pups and sell out every month or two
