As long as you live with your parents and grandparents until you get their permission I am sorry to say but dog ownership for you is going to be delayed.


5 dogs already in the home? That is a lot. Yorkies particularly as young puppies require a lot of attention and time. You are not settled into a job yet - how would you pay for the vet bills? Yorkies are expensive to maintain - especially as they likely will need yearly dentals. That is professional cleaning of their teeth.


WWhat would you plan on doing when you are working all day? Do you have the funds to hire a dogwalker - or put your dog in doggy daycare? These are the things you need to think of and plan for.


Please don't go against your parents wishes in this regard. I would hate see a Yorkie needing to be re-homed due to a known at home situation.
