We have scorpions, water moccasins, and copperheads. Two of my dogs have been scorpion bit, both as pups. Hard to protect them from that since scorpions are inside and out. Thankfully, only one copperhead has made its way into the house, and at that time, we did not have an indoor dog. I hope one never makes it in while we have Mario, because I just know he will go after it *sigh*.
